It is necessary

  • - 500 g of beef pulp (further cut into portions);
  • - 300 g of fresh mushrooms (it is better to take champignons);
  • - 2 heads of onions;
  • - 150 g of hard cheese;
  • - 150 g mayonnaise;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - allspice to taste;
  • - lettuce leaves for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse fresh mushrooms well, remove the top layer, put in a cooking container and bring to a boil with a little water. Cook for about 15 minutes, then drain the water and cool, as it cools - cut into medium cubes. You can steam the mushrooms in a slow cooker.

Step 2

Chop the onion as small as possible. Beef, if already prepared, then beat off the portioned pieces a little, if not, then salt, pepper and also beat off beforehand. Be careful not to damage the meat when beating. We spread the pieces on a greased baking sheet, the layer of meat should be medium.

Step 3

Top with boiled mushrooms and onions. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle the meat with mushrooms and onions, then grease everything thoroughly with mayonnaise.

Step 4

Bake at 200 degrees for about an hour, the meat should be covered with a golden crust. Serve hot on top of lettuce leaves.
