Instructions
Step 1
This cocktail can be consumed both in combination with ice, coffee, other alcoholic beverages, and in pure form. There are 4 types of liqueur: "Baileys Original" - the main recipe, which includes cream, Irish whiskey and spirits; Baileys Mint Chocolate with added chocolate and mint flavor; "Baileys Cream Caramel" with the addition of caramel and "Bailey's Cream Coffee" with the addition of coffee aroma.
Although the strength of this alcoholic drink does not exceed 17 degrees, it is recommended to drink no more than 50 ml of liqueur, which allows you to appreciate its special taste and not get drunk.
Step 2
Hot chocolate
Pour half of the milk into a cup, add 25 g of grated dark chocolate. Heat until the chocolate is completely dissolved and beat well. Whisk the other half of the milk separately with the Baileys. Then mix everything together and pour into glasses. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
Step 3
Chocolate mix
Pour ice cubes into a shaker, pour 50 ml of liqueur, 10 ml of vodka and 15 ml of chocolate liqueur or syrup. Whisk the contents of the shaker for 30 seconds. Pour the resulting mix into glasses, making sure that no ice gets into the drink. Sprinkle it with cocoa or grated chocolate on top. Keep in mind that this cocktail contains a lot of alcohol, so you shouldn't get too carried away with it.
Step 4
Shayk
Put ice in a shaker, pour in the liquor and shake well for half a minute. Pour into tall glasses, but be careful not to let ice get into the cocktail glasses. Top with a cool whipped Baileys garnish with chocolate chips.
Step 5
Latte
Pour eslatte into a large coffee cup, garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa or chocolate chips. Remember that liquor is poured into the finished coffee, not the other way around.
Step 6
Ice mix
The cooking process is very simple: put ice cubes into a blender, pour in the liquor and turn on the machine. When the mass becomes homogeneous, pour it into tall glasses and insert a straw. You can serve.
