Fragrant and juicy chicken with nuts and mushrooms is a very tasty and easy-to-prepare dish. Tender poultry meat simply melts in your mouth, and nuts and spices give the chicken a piquant taste and amazing aroma.
It is necessary
- - 1 chicken;
- - 350 g of porcini mushrooms or champignons;
- - 2 onions;
- - 1 glass of walnuts;
- - 70 g of butter;
- - 0.5 tsp paprika;
- - a pinch of cloves;
- - 0.5 tsp ground black pepper;
- - red pepper to taste;
- - 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the gutted chicken carcass, pat dry with paper towels. Crush the garlic with a press. Rub the chicken inside and out well with salt, paprika and a mixture of black and red peppers.

Brush the chicken on top with vegetable oil and rub with crushed garlic. Cover the chicken with cling film and refrigerate for 1.5-2 hours.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash and cut into thin half rings.
Step 4
Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices and fry in butter and onions.

Beat the walnuts with a blender or chop. Combine nuts with mushroom filling, add cloves, salt, pepper and stir.
Step 6
Stuff the chicken with the mushroom nut filling.
Step 7
Place prepared carcass on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 1-1.5 hours, first at a temperature of 200-220 degrees, then lower the temperature to 180-170.
Step 8
Cool the prepared stuffed chicken, cut into portions.
