Delicious meat dish, what could be better? Great for lunch and dinner. Served with any side dish.
It is necessary
- turkey (fillet) - 400 grams,
- champignons - 200 grams,
- one onion,
- water - 70 ml,
- 15% cream - 200 ml,
- vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons,
- some salt, dried basil and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the turkey into medium slices.
Heat the vegetable oil and fry the turkey pieces until golden brown.
Step 2
Add onion rings to the fried meat. Onions can be cut not only into rings, but also into cubes, as it is more convenient for anyone. After a minute, add the chopped champignons to the pan (you can use any other mushrooms). Stir and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Pour 70 ml of warm water into the pan, cover and simmer over low heat for about ten minutes. The meat should be soft.
Step 3
Open the lid and pour in warm cream, salt and pepper a little to your liking, mix. We continue to cook the turkey for five minutes over medium heat, the sauce should thicken a little (if the sauce is very thick, then dilute it with hot water and heat a little).
Step 4
We put garnish in portioned plates - potatoes, pasta or rice (whatever you like). Put one or two tablespoons of stewed turkey with sauce on each plate with a side dish. Decorate with fresh parsley sprigs and serve.
