  • • Eggs - 3 pcs;
  • • Dried mushrooms - 20 gr;
  • • Vegetable oil - 15 ml;
  • • Butter - 65 gr;
  • • Salt pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil buckwheat with chopped dried mushrooms in salted water. Finely chop the onions and fry in a pan.

Step 2

Boil eggs and chop finely. Add eggs, fried onions and softened butter to the chilled buckwheat, salt.

Step 3

Clean the fish, make an incision under the head and rinse well. Rub the bream with salt and pepper.

Stuff the fish with the cooked filling, but not tightly.

Step 4

Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet, coat with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the stuffed fish on a baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, and then 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
