Egg dishes are very healthy, tasty, and besides, they are easy to prepare. The simplest is to make fried eggs or an omelet. However, simple, but very important rules must be observed: eggs in the microwave are cooked very quickly, so the time counts in the process of cooking dishes by seconds; you cannot cook eggs in a microwave oven, they burst and spoil the oven.

- - 4 eggs, 1 tbsp. milk or cream, 1 tsp. butter,
- ground pepper, salt, green onions;
- - a form for cooking in a microwave oven with a lid.

Step 1
Cooking fried eggs
Heat a medium-high dish, intended for use in a microwave oven, grease its sides and bottom with butter. Beat the eggs into a plate, being careful not to damage the yolks. Then carefully pour into the prepared container. Don't forget to add salt. Warm up at full power for 1 min.
Step 2
Cooking an omelet
Break the eggs into a saucepan, pour in milk or cream, salt and pepper (optional). Beat well with a mixer or whisk. Pour the mixture into a greased dish and bake under a lid with a hole for 8-10 minutes at full oven power.
Step 3
Leave the omelet covered for 5 minutes. When serving, steal with chopped green onions.
