A crispy vegetable salad with tender tofu cheese will be a wonderful light dish for a festive table and an everyday meal. Vegetable salad with tofu is just a godsend for losing weight, as it contains very few calories.
It is necessary
- -1 pack of salad mix
- -200 g of tofu cheese
- -5 cherry tomatoes or 2 regular tomatoes
- -1 cucumber
- -1 onion
- -greens
- -2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar
- -2 tbsp olive oil
- -1 tbsp. l of vegetable oil
- -salt, black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onions, rinse them in warm water, and then cut into rings and transfer to a bowl. Pour apple cider vinegar over the rings, leave to soak for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the tofu into medium-sized cubes. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well. Place the tofu in the butter and fry for 3 minutes, turning frequently. Put 3-4 layers of paper napkins on a plate, put cheese on them to remove excess oil.
Step 3
Rinse tomatoes and cucumber in running water and pat dry on a paper towel. On a cutting board, cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces, and ordinary tomatoes into 6-8 pieces, cut the cucumbers about the same size, chop the dill coarsely. Rinse the salad mixture in cold water and dry.
Step 4
Drain the vinegar from the onion into a separate container. For a light vegetable salad with tofu, place the salad mixture on the bottom of a plate, top with tomatoes and cucumbers, then tofu, pour the whole mixture with olive oil and apple cider vinegar, season with pepper and salt. Stir the whole mixture a little, do it very gently. The dish is ready, bon appetit!
