A casserole is a dish that can be prepared using a wide variety of food combinations. Cottage cheese, porridge, meat, sausage, pasta, vegetables will do. Try a vegetable and cheese casserole. Perhaps even the most fastidious home-grown people do not immediately guess what such an intricate dish is prepared from.

- 700 g potatoes;
- 300 g of small zucchini;
- 200 g of tomatoes;
- 200 g leeks;
- 200 g feta cheese;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 150 ml heavy cream;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 6 tablespoons of ground wheat bread crumbs;
- salt to taste;
- 1 teaspoon of hops-suneli;
- grease for lubricating the mold;
- a bunch of greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the vegetables for the casserole. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into very thin slices. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin, cut out the bases of the stalks. Cut the washed courgettes and tomatoes into slices, only thicker than the potatoes. Rinse the leeks thoroughly, chop the white parts of the stems into rings.
Step 2
Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and toss the prepared potato mugs. Blanch for about two minutes, then remove with a slotted spoon. Dip the sliced zucchini in boiling water and blanch for one minute.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Grease a baking dish with any fat or vegetable oil and sprinkle with crushed breadcrumbs. Put the vegetables in it one by one: the first will be a layer of potatoes, the second - zucchini, the next - tomatoes. Sprinkle each layer with leek rings and pieces of feta cheese.
Step 4
Peel, crush, or press the garlic cloves. In the cream (at least 33% fat), put a teaspoon of hops-suneli, salt to taste and prepared garlic. Mix everything well and pour over the vegetables with feta cheese.
Step 5
Grate any hard cheese on a coarse grater, mix with ground white bread crumbs and distribute evenly over the casserole. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees, put the form in hot. The dish will be ready in about 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle herbs over the casserole before serving.
