Cook rice in salted water until half cooked. The main thing is not to digest, otherwise it will stick together and get porridge. Wash zucchini, cut into circles (up to 1 cm thick). If necessary, remove large seeds from the vegetable marrow, sprinkle with salt and put in a colander so that the excess liquid is glass. Wash tomatoes, scald with boiling water and peel them.

Cut tomatoes, like zucchini, into slices. Add mayonnaise to boiled rice and mix well. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the rice mixture.
