Rice with vegetables is an ideal combination of products for those who monitor their weight and, therefore, health. Diet meals can be delicious.
- 250 g round rice,
- 4 things. tomato,
- 2 pcs. zucchini,
- 50 gr. mayonnaise,
- 50 gr. cheese
- 2 pcs. eggs,
- butter for greasing the baking sheet, salt to taste.
Cook rice in salted water until half cooked. The main thing is not to digest, otherwise it will stick together and get porridge. Wash zucchini, cut into circles (up to 1 cm thick). If necessary, remove large seeds from the vegetable marrow, sprinkle with salt and put in a colander so that the excess liquid is glass. Wash tomatoes, scald with boiling water and peel them.
Cut tomatoes, like zucchini, into slices. Add mayonnaise to boiled rice and mix well. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the rice mixture. Put the resulting mixture in a deep baking sheet, previously greased with butter. We lay out zucchini and tomatoes in vertically alternating rows.
We send the baking sheet to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Three cheese on a fine grater. Then we take out the baking sheet, sprinkle with grated cheese and again send it to the oven for 5-10 minutes.
