Chirasidzushi (baradzushi) vaguely resembles pilaf, otherwise this dish can be called "crumbly sushi". This type of sushi is traditionally served on a platter sprinkled with pieces of omelet, vegetables and various seafood.
Chirashizushi with squid
Ingredients:
- 200 g of boiled squid meat;
- 1 glass of boiled rice;
- 1 onion;
- 4 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- pepper.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil. Cut the squid meat into small strips.
Put the rice on a dish, sprinkle with fried onions, put squid pieces on top, pour with soy sauce, pepper to taste. The dish is ready.
Chirashizushi with shrimps
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of cooked rice;
- 200 g of canned roar shrimp;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of chicken broth;
- a bunch of green onions;
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger root, rice vinegar, sesame oil.
Peel the shrimp, chop. Chop green onions. In a mixer, whisk the soy sauce with the chicken stock and sesame oil. Add rice vinegar to the mixture, mix until smooth.
Transfer the rice to a sushi dish, sprinkle with shrimp, sprinkle with the resulting soy sauce, sprinkle with green onions and ground ginger.
