We start preparing the salad - we cut the Chinese cabbage into thin long strips and put it in a large bowl, where we will then mix all the ingredients. We cut the chicken breast into thin long cubes, we also do with bell peppers (it's good if you use peppers of different colors in the salad - yellow, red, green, the salad will only benefit from this both externally and to taste).

Then we peel the onion (preferably salad red, since it is softer in taste than onion, not so bitter), cut it in half and cut it into thin half rings. Last but not least, we deal with tomatoes, cut them into about the same pieces. Mix everything carefully, not forgetting to salt. Add a little adjika to mayonnaise (to your liking), mix and season the salad with this sauce.
