This salad is suitable for those who are on a diet, fasting or healthy diet. For all its nutritional value, it is quite low in calories, which allows it to be eaten late at night without harm to health.

It is necessary
- - 100 g of lightly salted salmon;
- - 3 lettuce leaves;
- - a pinch of fresh arugula;
- - 3 cherry tomatoes;
- - 1 teaspoon of olive oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
- - 1 teaspoon of orange juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the arugula and lettuce leaves under running water, lay them out on a cloth and let them dry completely. Wet greens can ruin the taste of this salad.
Step 2
Tear the lettuce leaves and place them on a flat plate, put large pieces of lightly salted salmon on top. Sprinkle everything with arugula leaves and place cherry tomatoes cut in half on the sides.
Step 3
Prepare a salad dressing. To do this, pour olive oil, lemon juice and orange juice into a separate container. Mix everything thoroughly and pour over the prepared salad with this dressing just before serving.
