Salad with salted salmon is perfect for both a festive table and a dinner one. It prepares very quickly and tastes amazing. Such a dish can be laid in layers (described in the recipe), or simply mix everything in a deep cup, and then put it in a salad bowl.

- • 300 g of lightly salted salmon (fillet);
- • 4 chicken eggs;
- • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- • 200 g of hard cheese;
- • 1 small bunch of herbs (dill and parsley);
- • 150 g of mayonnaise;
- • black pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with water. After boiling the water, the eggs should boil for about 10 minutes. After that, they are taken out of the saucepan and dipped in a cup of cold water. When the eggs are completely cool, you need to remove the shells from them and then cut them into very small pieces.
Step 2
Take the finished fillet and use a sharp knife to cut it into small cubes. Then squeeze some juice from the lemon and lightly sprinkle the pieces of salmon with it.
Step 3
Rinse the greens and wait until excess liquid drains from it. Then chop the dill and parsley finely with a knife.
Step 4
You need to grind the cheese, for this you need a coarse grater (you can use a fine grater if you wish). Rub the cheese into a separate cup.
Step 5
Then you need to prepare the dish in which you will place the salad. Its bottom should be well smeared with a small piece of butter.
Step 6
Prepared eggs are the first layer. Place them in an even layer on a platter. After that, the eggs must be coated with mayonnaise on top or make a mayonnaise "mesh".
Step 7
The second layer is prepared fish. It should also be evenly distributed over the surface of the eggs. Then gently coat the fish with mayonnaise.

The third layer consists of chopped parsley and dill. Spread the greens evenly over the surface of the salad. Sprinkle with pepper and salt if you like. Then apply a thin mayonnaise "mesh" to the greens.
Step 9
The final layer will consist of shredded cheese. Lay it in an even layer and again make a thin mayonnaise "mesh". As a salad decoration, you can use several pieces of fish, as well as sprigs of fresh herbs. After the salad has stood for 20-40 minutes in a cool place, it can be served.
