As many people know, winter is associated with meat dishes, and summer with salads. There are so many salads that throughout the summer we can delight ourselves and our loved ones with new and healthy dishes every day.
- 200 g spinach;
- 30 g sesame seeds;
- 50 g raisins;
- 2 tbsp. l. canned beans;
- 8 pcs. olives;
- 80 g fetax cheese;
- 3 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- 1/2 pcs. lemon;
- 1 pinch of saffron or curry
- ground black pepper to taste.
Pre-soak the raisins in hot water until they swell. Cut the olives into 3-4 pieces. Cut fetax cheese into small cubes. Rinse, dry the spinach leaves and place on a plate. Put raisins, beans, fetax cheese, olives on top of the spinach. Sprinkle the resulting salad with sesame seeds.
To prepare the sauce, squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a separate bowl. Add the resulting juice with olive oil, curry or saffron and pepper to taste. Mix everything well.
Pour the prepared sauce over the salad, lay it out on a beautiful dish, and let it brew for 15-20 minutes. Stir and refrigerate for another 10 minutes to cool. That's it, the salad is ready to eat. You don't need to use salt in this salad, as the olives and cheese are quite salty. You can also put cherry tomatoes in this salad, which will give the salad a special piquancy.
