- For baked asparagus:
- - 15 sprouts of fresh asparagus,
- - 4 eggs,
- - 30 gr. cream and 10 gr. butter,

- - chives - 1 bunch.
- For pita with vegetables:
- - pita with bran,
- - 30 gr. cheese
- - a tomato,
- - pickled cucumber,
- - 1 bell pepper,
- - greens,
- - natural yogurt.
Instructions
Step 1
Any housewife wants tasty and healthy food for her family. If you don't have time, you can quickly prepare very tasty, but at the same time simple dishes. In order to make food healthy, you need to cook vegetables with minimal heat treatment, and steam or bake meat without adding oil and other fatty foods.
Step 2
Healthy shrimp soup in 10 minutes. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions. Wash the vegetables. Dice the potatoes, carrots and onions into half rings. Take a saucepan with a volume of 2-3 liters, and put the water on the gas to boil. Put vegetables in boiling water, cook until tender. When the potatoes are almost ready, add the defrosted shrimp. After 2 minutes, add spices and tomato paste and cook the soup for a couple more minutes. Garnish the soup with chopped herbs on the plate.
Step 3
Green salad with cod liver. This light and healthy dish is perfect for lunch or dinner. Prepare fresh lettuce leaves, rinse and dry. Pull the leaves into large pieces and place on a plate. Please note that it is customary to tear the salad, not cut it with a knife. Chop the dill and parsley. Boil quail eggs, cool, peel and cut in half. Cut the cod liver into small pieces and place on top of the lettuce. Place quail eggs on top. Sprinkle the resulting dish with herbs, add the olives cut into rings, sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
Step 4
Baked asparagus. This dish can be either a full breakfast or a light dinner. Prepare the asparagus. To do this, it must be thoroughly washed, cleaned and the ends cut off. Boil the water in a small saucepan, then stir the asparagus in the salted water for five minutes and drain it in a colander. Prepare the sauce. To do this, beat the eggs with cream and add the resulting mixture of chopped greens. Put the asparagus in a greased dish, pour over the cooked egg and cream sauce. Bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes. Serve ready-made asparagus with a creamy sauce.
Step 5
Pita with vegetables. Spread the cake out on a flat surface. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Peel the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers, then cut the vegetables into cubes. Take plain yogurt and spread it over a flatbread. Put the vegetables in an even layer on the cake, sprinkle with cheese, herbs on top and cover with pita bread. Place your dish in a preheated oven or microwave for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
