Guacamole is a Mexican avocado pasta that can be used as a side dish or as a complete snack. Choose a ripe avocado for the guacamole so that it can be mashed with a regular fork. Although guacamole is often prepared in a mortar, this paste is much more flavorful.
It is necessary
- For three servings:
- - 1 avocado;
- - 1 green pepper;
- - 3 green chili peppers;
- - 1/2 tomato;
- - 1/2 onion;
- - 4 things. coriander seeds;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, chop the tomato and green pepper in the same way. Crush the coriander seeds in a mortar. If you don't have a mortar, you can grind the seeds with the flat side of a knife on a cutting board.
Step 2
Divide the avocado into two parts, remove the pit, but do not rush to throw it away. Remove the pulp, place in a bowl, crush it with a fork.
Step 3
Add pepper, onion, chili, coriander, tomato to the avocado pulp, pour in lemon juice, salt to taste.
Step 4
Mix everything, transfer the pasta to a serving bowl, garnish with an avocado pit. Cover with foil, refrigerate for at least ten to twenty minutes (ideally, half an hour).
Step 5
Remove the chili peppers from the guacamole before serving. The hot sauce is ready, it goes perfectly with any meat. Or you can serve guacamole along with crackers as a snack.
