Cut the cakes with a sharp knife into squares slightly larger in size than the sausage, grease with mayonnaise (optional) and place the sausage between two slices of the cake. You will need:

- minced meat (pork or chicken) - 300-500 g

You will need:

Add mushrooms to the finished chicken, salt and pepper. Grind the finished mass in a blender or in a meat grinder until puree, add cream (mayonnaise), mix everything thoroughly. Put the waffle cake in a baking sheet, on it the ready-made filling, then again the cake, etc. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
