There are many options for waffle cake cream, and the choice of ingredients directly depends on taste preferences.

Sour cream turns out to be very delicate and airy, does not require special financial costs or special skills. To prepare it you will need:

- sour cream 20% - 0.4 kg;

- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;

- icing sugar - 150 g.

Before starting to prepare the cream, cool the sour cream (put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, in a bowl of ice water, etc.), then put the product in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer at low speed until a thick foam forms. Sift the powdered sugar and add to the sour cream along with the vanilla sugar, mix everything well and grease the wafer cakes with the resulting cream. If desired, add berries, nuts, candied fruits, etc. to the cream. It is not recommended to store sour cream for a long time, because it is not very persistent and after a while will begin to exfoliate.

Cream of butter and boiled condensed milk is ideal for a waffle cake. To prepare it you will need:

- boiled condensed milk - 1 can;

- butter (no spread) -200-250 g;

- vanillin - on the tip of a knife.

We first take out the butter from the refrigerator, so that it has time to melt. Put it in a bowl and beat with a mixer at low speed until it turns into a homogeneous white gruel. Then, without stopping whipping, we begin to add condensed milk in small portions - 1-2 tablespoons each. Beat butter with condensed milk until fluffy, add vanillin (vanilla sugar), mix and coat the wafer cakes.

Boiled condensed milk can be replaced with ordinary condensed milk, as long as it is not too liquid.
