We all remember wafer cakes. In childhood, they were greased with condensed milk, jam, cream, and a fairly quick and economical cake was obtained. But few people think that from these cakes you can make not only a dessert, but also a full-fledged dish for dinner or lunch. The cakes are perfectly soaked with mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and between them you can put any filling, not necessarily sweet. This makes a nice snack cake. I want to share with you my recipe a la lasagna using waffle cakes.
It is necessary
- - wafer cakes from 2 to 8 pieces;
- - minced meat - 200 g;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - cheese - 50 g + for sprinkling 30 g;
- - tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - seasonings to taste (I have dried parsley, hop-suneli);
- - salt to taste;
- - mayonnaise;
- - ketchup.
Instructions
Step 1
We clean and cut the onion, fry it in a pan. Then add the minced meat, fry a little. Salt, add seasonings to taste.
Step 2
Lubricate the wafer cakes with ketchup, sprinkle with seasonings. Put tomatoes, cut into slices, on one sheet, and minced meat on top. On top of the minced meat, three cheese, you can cut it into thin slices and lay on top. Cover with the second waffle cake. Next, we alternate the filling and cakes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the lasagne for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
At this time, mix the garlic, mayonnaise and grated cheese. We take out the "lasagna", grease the top of the last cake with this mixture and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes. Watch the dish, if you overexpose it, the "lasagna" will turn out to be dryish, and the top may burn, as soon as the cheese-mayonnaise crust is browned, turn off the oven.
Step 5
Gently transfer the finished "lasagna" to a plate, sprinkle the top with fresh herbs. The dish is very satisfying. From the specified amount of ingredients, 3 servings come out.
