Step 1
Divide the yeast dough into two parts. Roll out one piece. Place the dough gently on the bottom of the mold to form small sides.

Mix cottage cheese with sugar and egg. Rinse prunes, cut into pieces. Add it to the curd mass, stir.

Place the cottage cheese with prunes on the dough placed in the mold. Roll the second part of the dough into a layer. Cover the cake with it.

Pinch the edges well. Pour the yolk into a cup. Add a tablespoon of water, stir.

Brush the top of the pie with whipped yolk. Puncture the dough with a fork in several places. Put the pie in an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for half an hour.

Remove the browned cake from the oven. Transfer it to a flat plate, brush with a lump of butter. Once the cake has cooled slightly, cut it into portions.
