    • 3.5 cups flour

    • 50 ml milk
    • poppy seeds or finely crushed nuts for sprinkling

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the condensed milk into a deep bowl, break two eggs, add salt, vanilla sugar and butter. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Sieve flour through a sieve to exclude large particles and saturate it with air. It is better to take a mixture of premium and first grade flour. Mix with baking soda and add to condensed milk. Knead the dough.

Step 3

Roll the dough into 1-1.5 centimeters thick rollers, cut them into pieces about 10 centimeters long, from which form the donut rings.

Step 4

Grease a baking sheet or spread baking paper over it. Beat the milk with the yolk, dip the bagels in this mixture and put them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with poppy seeds or finely crushed nuts on top, squeeze the sprinkles into the dough with gentle light movements.

Step 5

Bake the bagels in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees until the bagels acquire a ruddy golden appearance (about 15 minutes).

The bagels are ready. Serve them with jam, jam, candy.

Milk, kefir, fermented baked milk, tea, coffee, birch sap are served as a drink for the bagels.

For the filling, take 300 grams of minced pork (you can also use chicken or a mixture of pork and beef), add finely chopped onions, salt and spices to taste. Fry the minced meat in a preheated skillet. Then beat 2 eggs into the minced meat and mix everything thoroughly. The filling is ready. Although you can also add boiled rice, herbs, spices to it.

Put the bagels in warm milk so that they soften slightly, for 5-10 minutes. Then put them in a preheated frying pan, and then with a teaspoon put the minced meat with a slide inside each bagel, filling the holes tightly. on top, you can sprinkle each baguette with finely grated cheese.

Fry over low heat until golden brown.
