  • Vegetable oil, preferably olive oil - 60-80 ml.
  • Ground pepper to taste.

Preparation

Carefully wash the potatoes with a sponge, take out all the eyes. There should be no dirt and dirt left, so the potatoes will be baked with the skin.

We cut each potato into 6-8 slices. Sprinkle with salt and mix thoroughly.
