For 4 servings you will need:
- Potatoes - 600-800 grams, depending on whether you serve this dish on its own or as a side dish.
- Garlic - 1 head (4-6 cloves).
- Rosemary - 2-3 sprigs or 1 teaspoon dry.
- Vegetable oil, preferably olive oil - 60-80 ml.
- Ground pepper to taste.
Preparation
Carefully wash the potatoes with a sponge, take out all the eyes. There should be no dirt and dirt left, so the potatoes will be baked with the skin.
We cut each potato into 6-8 slices. Sprinkle with salt and mix thoroughly.

To prepare the dressing, clean the garlic and squeeze it through a press (garlic press), grind it with rosemary leaves and olive oil.
Mix the potatoes with the dressing and put them in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes so that the potatoes are marinated and saturated with the smell of spices.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Put the pickled potatoes on a baking sheet lined with paper or a baking mat in separate slices. The excess oil is poured, otherwise we will just get fried potatoes.

We bake potatoes at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes until browning. Serve immediately warm.
