To prepare the filling, you need to buy condensed milk with a fat content of at least 8-8, 5%. Its composition should not contain vegetable fats impurities, such a product will not cook. Put a closed can of condensed milk in a saucepan, fill it with water and boil for 2 hours. During the cooking process, the jar must be completely covered with water. Then refrigerate, open the jar and mix the condensed milk with crushed kernels of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts). Other fillings can be made from boiled condensed milk. For example, it is mixed with a little liqueur, butter, or cocoa added to taste.

You only need to add hot water to a saucepan with a can, otherwise the condensed milk may explode.

Nuts can be made with custard. For the test you will need: 2 tbsp. flour, 70 g sugar, 100 g plums. butter, 100 g starch, 0.5 tsp. soda (slaked), 80 g of mayonnaise, 2 eggs. For the cream: 2 tbsp. flour, 150 ml of milk, 1 egg, 50 g of plums. butter, 1 tbsp. starch, 3 tbsp. walnuts, vanillin, 3 tbsp. boiled condensed milk, 200 g of sugar.

Beat eggs with sugar, add softened butter, starch, flour, mayonnaise and slaked soda. Make a dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then bake the nuts.

Prepare the cream. Combine vanillin, sugar, starch and flour. Pour in milk gradually, stirring all the time. You will get a homogeneous mass without lumps. Put it on low heat, cook until thickened with constant stirring. Beat the egg with a little milk, pour into the cream, stir. Remove from heat, let cool. Put condensed milk, softened butter, ground nuts, mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Then fill the nuts with cream.

Cookies can be filled with jam, jam, honey.

If your home doesn't have a nut baking dish, bake a cake. Divide the resulting dough into 4 parts, of which three should be the same size, one half as small. Bake the cakes in the oven, chill. Use a rolling pin to crush a small crust and add finely chopped nuts. Fold 3 cakes, smearing them with condensed milk, in which you need to add a little crumbs with nuts. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on the sides and top of the cake, and then cut it into diamonds.
