It is necessary

    • For the test:
    • 250 g butter;
    • 200 g sugar;
    • 0.5 tsp salt;
    • 2 tsp slaked soda;
    • 3 tbsp flour;
    • 2 eggs;
    • For filling:
    • 1 can of condensed milk;
    • nuts.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the filling for the nuts in advance. To do this, put a can of condensed milk in a saucepan with boiling water and cook for two to three hours. After boiling, the milk should acquire a creamy color and a creamy toffee flavor.

Step 2

The filling will be tastier if you add to it crushed kernels of nuts - hazelnuts, almonds or walnuts. It all depends on your desire and taste.

Now prepare the dough. Cut the butter into pieces, place in a small enamel bowl and melt over low heat or water bath. Then add sugar, salt to it and mix thoroughly.

Next, add the baking soda, previously quenched with vinegar. Gradually add flour, previously sifted through a sieve two or three times and eggs, beaten with a mixer.

Mix everything well again and knead the dough until it is smooth. As a result, you should have a thick and viscous dough.

To form the resulting dough in the form of nuts, use a special form - a hazelnut, consisting of two tiles with handles. Lightly grease it with vegetable or butter, put on medium heat and heat slightly.

Then fill one tile with indentations 2/3 full with dough and cover with another tile that has ledges. Be sure to remove excess dough with a knife so that it does not burn later.

Then bake the cookies by heating the mold on both sides until the product is done. After that, open the mold and remove all the contents from it. You will end up with crunchy nut halves that need to be chilled before filling them.
