Most often, "nuts" are baked from a dense, steep dough, in this case they are crispy, but there is another option - knead the batter, then the halves will become soft, like waffles.

  • - 100 g sour cream
  • - 75 g wheat flour
  • - 50 g butter
  • - 50 g sugar
  • - 45 g potato starch
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 5 g of soda
  • For filling:
  • - boiled condensed milk

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the butter from the refrigerator ahead of time so that it softens properly. Stir in granulated sugar and beat with a mixer or hand blender using a whisk attachment.

Add the egg to the butter mixture and mix well, beat in the egg again and mix again. Stir in the sour cream and baking soda and then the flour and potato starch mixture. Knead in a moderately batter.

Using a silicone cooking brush, brush the cooking plates of the heated hazelnuts with vegetable oil. Pour a little dough into each cell (about 1 / 2-1 tsp). Close the hazelnut. Bake for 3-4 minutes.
