You can make delicious chocolate truffles yourself. They will be no worse than purchased sweets, maybe even the opposite - better.
It is necessary
- - powdered milk - 200 g;
- - cocoa - 50 g;
- - sugar - 250 g;
- - butter - 200 g.
Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, mix 100 ml of water and granulated sugar and put on fire. When this mixture boils, add butter to it and cook over medium heat until the resulting mixture begins to thicken. Once this happens, remove it from the stove and let it cool slightly.
Step 2
Combine the following ingredients in a separate bowl: milk powder and cocoa. Mix everything thoroughly. It is necessary to gradually add the creamy sugar to the resulting mixture and mix well again. Thus, the "dough" for future chocolate truffles has turned out.
Step 3
Pinch off a small piece from the resulting mass and roll it into a ball. Do the same with the rest of the "test". The size of this ball should be the same as that of a walnut. Refrigerate the candy for 2 hours. Delicious chocolate truffles are ready! Optionally, this dessert can be garnished with either coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
