Everyone is used to the fact that truffles are made from dark chocolate. Here's a recipe for white chocolate truffles. Be sure to try making these delicate homemade chocolates!

- - cream 20% - 300 ml;
- - white chocolate - 500 g;
- - black coffee - 3 tablespoons;
- - butter - 2 tablespoons;
- - coconut flakes.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a saucepan, fill it with cream and put it on fire. After bringing to a boil, add black coffee to them. Cook this mixture for 20 minutes, by all means reducing the heat, since the cream should not boil. After the time has elapsed, strain this mass through a fine sieve, and then transfer it back to the same dish.
Step 2
Chop 250 grams of white chocolate into pieces and add it to the creamy mass. Heat over low heat until the added ingredient is completely melted. Add butter to the resulting homogeneous mixture. Stir everything as it should, then let cool, and then place in the refrigerator for a whole day.
Step 3
After a day has passed, remove the frozen mass from the refrigerator and beat with a mixer. After placing it in a special pastry syringe or bag, squeeze it onto baking paper in the form of balls, the size of which is exactly the same as that of walnuts. Send future sweets to freeze in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Step 4
After 4 hours, after taking out the truffles from the refrigerator, dip them in pre-melted white chocolate. After the excess chocolate is drained, roll the candies in the coconut flakes.
Step 5
After holding the sweets in the refrigerator for 2 hours, you can serve them to the table. The white chocolate truffles are ready!
