Ingredients:

  • Cream - ½ tablespoon;
  • Dark chocolate - 200 g;
  • Butter - 10 g;
  • Strongly brewed coffee - 1 tbsp.;
  • Powdered sugar (sifted) - 100 g;
  • Liqueur - 2 tsp

Ingredients for decoration:

  • Sifted cocoa powder - 40 g;
  • Dark chocolate - 100 g.

Preparation:

  1. The butter and dark chocolate must be melted in a heat-resistant bowl, which must be placed in a large saucepan with hot, but never boiling water.
  2. Mix chocolate melted with butter with cream and sifted icing sugar. Pour liquor into the mixture. Be sure to mix the mass well and refrigerate so that the truffle mixture thickens.
  3. Then cover the baking sheet with greaseproof paper. Roll the thickened truffle mixture into balls, determine the size as you wish. Put the resulting truffle balls on a baking sheet covered with paper and insert a cocktail stick into each of them. Put all this in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  4. Now we need to prepare the truffle decoration. To do this, melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. Then dip the truffles into the melted chocolate, holding the cocktail sticks.
  5. Then pour the cocoa into a bowl and roll over each chocolate truffle. It is important that the cocoa layer is thick enough.
  6. You need to wait for the chocolate to harden before removing the cocktail sticks from the truffles. Place the finished chocolate truffles in the refrigerator for several hours so that they freeze as best as possible. Serve truffles as a dessert for tea or freshly brewed coffee.
