There is nothing easier than preparing a hearty dinner in a multicooker. Chicken thighs are very juicy, and the potatoes are saturated with juice and spice aroma, which makes them very tasty.
It is necessary
- - 600 grams of chicken thighs,
- - 600 grams of potatoes,
- - 3-4 cloves of garlic,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil,
- - 0.5 teaspoons of garlic powder,
- - 1 teaspoon of paprika,
- - fine sea salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - favorite spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken thighs, dry a little, salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite spices, half a teaspoon of garlic powder and a teaspoon of paprika. Stir and set aside for half an hour.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices.
Step 3
Pour two tablespoons of sunflower oil into a multicooker (one can be optional), put the thighs skin side down. Peel and cut the garlic into slices and place them on the thighs. Place potato slices on top, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Put the baking mode on the multicar - 50 minutes. 35 minutes after the start of cooking, open the lid on the multicooker and gently stir the contents. You do not need to mix - this is already a matter of taste.
Step 5
Allow the cooked chicken thighs and potatoes to cool slightly. Then place in serving bowls, garnish with fresh herbs and serve with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
