According to legend, this apple pie was often prepared in the Tsvetaev family. And only Antonovka was used in it - because of the incomparable aroma and tart taste. But you can cook this pastry with another variety of apples.

You will need:

- a kilogram of apples;

- 150 grams of butter;

- 2 cups of flour;

- a glass of sugar;

- one egg;

-1.5 glasses of sour cream;

- half a teaspoon of soda;

- a teaspoon of vinegar.

The oil should be grated (coarse) and mixed with flour. Then you need to pour sour cream into the dough, mix everything thoroughly.

Soda must be quenched with vinegar, add it to the dough and mix again, and then knead with your hands. The consistency should yield a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.

Apples need to be washed, peeled, and carefully removed from the core. Then cut into very thin petal plates (you can use a potato peeler).

Now you should prepare a container for baking the cake. Roll out the dough so that it takes the shape of a container, put it on the bottom, and spread the apple petals on top.

For a cream, sour cream must be mixed with an egg, sugar, add a little flour (2 tablespoons) and beat. The cream should come out pretty thin. Pour the dough and apples over them.

The oven must be warmed up to 200 ° C, place a mold with dough in it, bake for about 50 minutes.
