Panna cotta is an Italian dessert, a very delicate delicacy made from cream with gelatin. Pumpkin panna cotta turns out to be tender, pleasant, with a taste of cinnamon and orange, you won't even guess right away that this dessert contains pumpkin.
It is necessary
- - 500 g pumpkin;
- - 200 ml of cream of 10% fat content;
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 60 g of icing sugar;
- - 20 g of gelatin;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of dark chocolate;
- - nutmeg, cinnamon, orange peel, vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the gelatin for swelling according to the instructions.
Step 2
Heat milk and cream in a water bath. Add powdered sugar, add spices to your liking (nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon), mix thoroughly. Add some grated orange zest.
Step 3
Add the swollen gelatin to the milk mixture, boil a little so that the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 4
Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces, boil, put in a blender and mash it.
Step 5
Add pumpkin puree to the creamy milk mixture. Pour the mixture into small tins or into one large baking dish, whichever is more convenient for you. Leave to cool for 2-3 hours until completely hardened.
Step 6
Now carefully remove the panna cotta from the molds (to do this, run the knife along the edge of the mold), put it on a dish. Rub the bitter chocolate, sprinkle it on the dessert. You can also decorate the finished pumpkin panna cotta with slices of any fruit or pour over with sweet syrup.
