It is necessary

  • - 400 ml cream 20% fat;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 130 ml of milk;
  • - 15 g of gelatin;
  • - 2 egg yolks;
  • - 5 g each of almond extract, corn flour;
  • - 1 tsp vanillin.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat 350 ml cream with sugar and vanilla over low heat. Just don't bring the cream to a boil.

Step 2

Pour gelatin with cold water, leave for 15-20 minutes to swell. Then mix it with 50 ml of cream and 1 egg yolk. Add this mixture to the heated cream, stir, heat over medium heat, stirring but not boiling.

Step 3

Cool the creamy mass at room temperature. Then whisk it with a mixer at high power to make the dessert more fluffy. It is better to beat the creamy mass in a cold water bath. Pour the mass into molds, put in the refrigerator to cool. In the end, the mass should resemble creamy jelly.

Step 4

Prepare almond sauce: Beat egg yolk with 75 g sugar, add corn flour. Boil 125 ml milk, add 125 ml cream and almond extract. Mix both mixtures, heat to 75 degrees. Then chill the sauce in the refrigerator.

Step 5

Hold the dessert molds in boiling water for a couple of seconds, put the dessert on dessert plates, pour almond sauce. Additionally, the dessert can be decorated with fruits, orange peel, chocolate chips.
