Panna cotta is a delicious jelly dessert made mainly from cream or milk. Panna cotta came to us from Italy and gained universal recognition. This dessert is quite simple to prepare, it consists of a pudding base and berry mousse.
It is necessary
- For the basics:
- - 1 tbsp. milk
- - 1 jar of natural yogurt
- - 100 g sugar
- - 1, 5 tsp gelatin
- - 3 vanilla pods
- For mousse:
- - 150 g strawberries
- - 150 g raspberries
- - 100 g blackberries
- - 4 tbsp. l. honey
- - lemon
Instructions
Step 1
Pour gelatin into a glass, fill it with cold water, leave to swell. Before that, be sure to read the instructions on the package, there should be written the time it takes for the gelatin to swell.
Step 2
Pour milk into a small saucepan. When it warms up, add sugar, put cut vanilla pods, stir everything well and bring to a boil.
Step 3
When the water boils, pour gelatin into a saucepan, stir the mixture, heat a little more and remove from heat. Remove the resulting panna cotta mixture from heat, strain through a very fine sieve or cheesecloth, put in a bowl. Put yogurt in a bowl of milk mixture, mix everything well or whisk. Pour the mass into molds or small glasses and put in the cold for 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Panna cotta is served with berry mousse; to prepare it, you first need to rinse the berries and process them, then put them in a saucepan. Squeeze juice from lemon, 3 tbsp. l. add lemon juice to the berries, add honey there.
Step 5
Put the saucepan on the fire, then cook the berry mixture for 5 minutes. After removing the panna cotta mousse from the heat, refrigerate it.
Step 6
After the base of the panna cotta has cooled and hardened, place it on a plate, after sprinkling the molds with hot water. Pour the dessert on a plate with berry mousse and serve. Vanilla panna cotta is ready.
