Panna cotta is an Italian jelly dessert made from cream with vanilla, served with fruit and fruit sauces, caramel and chocolate toppings.

For panna cotta: 500 ml 38% cream, 3/4 cup orange juice, 1 orange zest, 3 tbsp. with a slide of sugar, 15 g of gelatin
Instructions
Step 1
Pour gelatin with 1/2 cup of cold boiled water, leave for 20-30 minutes to swell, then dissolve in a water bath.
Step 2
Boil orange juice over low heat until reduced in volume by 2 times, remove from heat, add sugar, cream, mix. Put again on low heat and cook for 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly, add gelatin and lemon zest, grated on a fine grater.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into molds and put in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely, for 4-5 hours.
Step 4
Prepare a salad: cover sugar with water and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes until a thick syrup is obtained. Peel the oranges from the skin, white films and seeds, divide into wedges, put in boiling syrup, bring to a boil over low heat. Cool down.
Step 5
Put the panna cotta on a plate, spread the orange slices around, pour over the syrup and serve. Bon Appetit!
