Healthy sesame and flaxseed buns are a great alternative to cookies and all kinds of unhealthy sweets. This is especially true for those with a sweet tooth who dream of a slim figure. Moreover, buns baked in the oven according to this simple recipe contain a minimum of calories.
It is necessary
- - milk - 2 glasses
- - flour - 5 glasses
- - dry yeast - 1 tablespoon
- - salt to taste
- - chicken egg - 1 pc.
- - flax - 2 tablespoons
- - sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
- - oatmeal - 0.5 cups
- vegetable oil - 1/3 cup
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon
Instructions
Step 1
To make the sesame and flaxseed buns tasty and fluffy, you need fresh dry yeast, which must be diluted in warm milk with two glasses of sifted flour, adding sugar. After that, send the dough to a warm place.
Step 2
As soon as the dough begins to show clear signs of life, add oatmeal, sesame and flax seeds to it. Set aside for five minutes. Then beat in an egg, add vegetable oil, salt and stir well.
Step 3
Now it was the turn of the remaining flour. Add it to the mixture and knead well. The dough should not be too steep. It should even stick to your hands a little. After all, one of the main secrets of a good dough is not to shift the flour.
Step 4
To let the dough ferment a little more, send it back to a warm place. I usually turn on the smallest gas burner on the quietest fire and leave the dough not far. Once the dough has doubled in size, you can start baking buns. There is another trick - I put the buns in the oven and leave it open for five minutes on the lowest heat. And then follow the instructions.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the buns at a short distance from each other. As soon as the buns increase in volume, send them to the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Then take the buns out of the oven, brush them with milk or butter and cover with a napkin. After this procedure, yeast buns will not only be fluffy, but also very soft and tasty.
