It is necessary

  • - 3 glasses of flour;
  • - 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • - 16 grams of dry yeast;
  • - half a teaspoon of salt;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - a bag of vanillin;
  • - 2/3 glass of water;
  • - butter;
  • - 100 grams of jam;
  • - a beaten egg for lubrication;
  • - a bag of powdered sugar for dusting.

Instructions

Step 1

To make buns, make a bezoparny dough. Warm water is poured into a deep container, salt, sugar are added, flour and yeast are poured, eggs are broken there and everything is stirred properly. The mixed dough is placed in a cool place for 3 hours. It is recommended to crumple it every hour and a half.

Step 2

The finished dough is rolled out into strips with an approximate thickness of up to 1 centimeter. Knead the butter and grease 2/3 of the surface. The unlubricated portion of the dough is wrapped to the top, the greased end is attached to it and continues to roll along, then across, while gradually adding flour.

Step 3

The rolled dough is put to cool for 10-15 minutes, after which the final rolling is carried out to the required thickness - 0.7 centimeters. With a sharp knife, cut off strips of about 10 centimeters. The cooked jam is spread on half of the strip, covered with the other half and cut, forming a fan. The product obtained in this way is divided into small buns of 80 grams.

Step 4

The buns are laid out on oiled baking sheets. Allow to lie down for about half an hour, then coat with a beaten egg and send for baking. Sprinkle the cooled baked buns with powdered sugar.
