It is necessary
- - 1 glass of milk
- - 500 g flour (approximately)
- - 2 eggs
- - 100 g sugar
- - 1. tsp. dry yeast
- - 50 g butter
- - a pinch of salt
- - sesame seeds as needed
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the milk a little, put a teaspoon of sugar, yeast in it. Stir and let stand for a while. Melt the butter and pour into the milk with yeast. Drive in the egg and the white of the second egg there. Add sugar and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. You can use a blender or mixer.

Sift the flour several times and add to the prepared milk mass. Knead the dough and set it aside to rise in a warm place for about an hour.

Step 3
Divide the dough into 4 - 6 pieces. Roll each piece into a cake about a centimeter thick.

Sprinkle the flatbread with sesame seeds, cover with the second flatbread, which is also sprinkled with sesame seeds. You can stack all the cakes on top of each other, or you can stack them in 2 or 3. Press the cakes a little with your hands.

Then cut all layers into segments.

Make an incision on the wide side of the segment in the middle and pull the sharp end of the segment into it, making a “tongue”.

Having done this with all the dough segments, brush them with the yolk remaining from the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Let stand on the oven for 15 minutes and send to a hot oven (180C) for 30 minutes (look at your oven). Bake until golden brown. Remove the rolls from the oven.
