Fish cakes differ from meat cakes in a more tender consistency. They are especially tasty from salmon varieties of fish, for example, from salmon. And if you add a little shrimp to them, you can get a truly royal dish.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of salmon fillet;
- - an egg;
- - 250 g of boiled and frozen shrimp;
- - 2 tbsp. a spoonful of basil greens;
- - the head of an onion;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of soda water;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of heavy cream;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost shrimp at room temperature or in cold water. Then peel and mince with salmon.
Step 2
Add the egg, heavy cream, spices and chopped fresh basil to the minced fish. Peel the onion, chop very finely and put it also in the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly, adding a few tablespoons of soda water to make the minced meat juicier.
Step 3
Shape the minced meat into small patties, place them on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in preheated to 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Serve the finished cutlets with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
