It is necessary

  • - salmon - 1 kg;
  • - royal shrimps - 12-15 pcs;
  • - gelatin - 30 g;
  • - frozen peas - 50 g;
  • - water - 1.5 l;
  • - greens;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - black peppercorns;
  • - dried celery root;
  • - parsley root.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the salmon into pieces. Take a saucepan and combine the following ingredients in it: dill, parsley, bay leaf, black peppercorns, dried celery root and parsley root. Place the fish on these spices. Pour the resulting mass with 1.5 liters of water and cook. Bring the broth to a boil, season with salt, then cook for another 20 minutes.

Step 2

Put the boiled salmon from the finished broth and divide it into small pieces.

Step 3

Strain the broth thoroughly, preferably using cheesecloth for this. Then add gelatin to it and let cool.

Step 4

In the meantime, take another saucepan and put the shrimp and exactly the same spices in it that you used for the salmon broth. Put on fire and simmer for 3 minutes. Cool the finished shrimp and remove the shell.

Step 5

Put the frozen green peas in a separate bowl and cover with boiling water. In this state, it should be within 2 minutes.

Step 6

Place boiled shrimp and peas on the bottom of a baking dish. Pour a small amount of gelatinous mass and put in the refrigerator until it hardens.

Step 7

Put salmon and peas on the frozen mass. Fill with gelatin again. Put away in the cold for the whole night. Jellied salmon with shrimps is ready!
