This salad combines rather unusual products, so none of the guests will forget its taste. Add a delicious puff Sea salad with shrimps and canned tuna to your New Year's menu.
- 4 hard-boiled eggs;
- 1 avocado;
- half a lime;
- 10-12 large king prawns;
- a can of tuna in its own juice (you can already chop it);
- 100 ml of natural yogurt or low-fat sour cream;
- a couple of teaspoons of Dijon mustard;
- a teaspoon of fresh honey;
- a little salt.
1. Grind boiled eggs, cut the avocado into halves, remove the bone and skin.
2. Finely chop the lime pulp and squeeze out the juice.
3. Shrimp should be boiled until tender, cooled and peeled.
4. Put eggs in a transparent salad bowl, then mashed mass of canned tuna.
5. Place the chopped avocado in the next layer.
6. Then a layer of 8 chopped shrimp (the rest should be left for garnish).
7. Mix sour cream with lime juice, salt, Dijon mustard and honey.
8. Pour the salad over the top with this dressing and let it stand for half an hour. Then garnish with the remaining shrimp and herbs.
