Lettuce leaves and apples make it unusually fresh, or rather refreshing. And this is very important on New Year's Eve. The yogurt sauce made according to a special recipe makes it incredibly tasty. If desired, yogurt can be substituted for sour cream.

To make a light New Year's salad with shrimp and apples, you need a sauce. Add finely chopped herbs, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt to the yogurt. One tablespoon of greens is enough. Beat with a mixer.
Wash the lettuce leaves, place them on a plate. Tear them into smaller pieces if necessary.

Wash and peel the green apple, cut into strips, and lay on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle apples with apple cider vinegar. Apples will make the salad unusually fresh and tasty. Place homemade or store crackers on apples. Boil the egg, peel, cut and put on crackers. Add the sauce.
Step 3
Boil the shrimps with spices, cool and put in a salad. Pour the sauce over the shrimp. Decorate a light New Year's salad with lettuce and herbs.
