It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of salmon,
  • - 200 grams of crab sticks,
  • - 100 grams of butter,
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour,
  • - 2 grams of thyme,
  • - sea salt to taste,
  • - ground black pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

For the preparation of cutlets, you can use not only salmon, but also any red fish. Peel the fillet of skin and bones, cut into pieces.

Step 2

Chilled butter (can be put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes) cut into cubes.

Step 3

Place fish pieces, butter cubes and peeled crab sticks in a blender and punch. Instead of a blender, you can use a meat grinder, as it is more convenient. Knead the resulting minced meat, season with salt, pepper and thyme, if desired, you can add your favorite spices. The butter must be cold, otherwise it will get stuck in the grinder. If you want, you can add an egg, but then sift a few tablespoons of flour into the minced meat.

Step 4

Sprinkle flour on a plate or table. Pour some water into a bowl, moisten your hands and form the minced meat patties. Dip each cutlet in flour.

Step 5

Melt a small amount of butter in a pan, fry the prepared cutlets until golden brown on both sides. Place the fried patties on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Serve with a side dish.
