You will need:

Defrost the crab sticks and chop into small pieces. Transfer them to a bowl, add breadcrumbs (70 grams), mustard, mayonnaise, eggs, spices to them, salt and mix everything well. Put the pan on the fire, pour oil into it, then moisten your hands in water, take a small piece of minced crab, roll a ball, press it lightly so that it flattens and place it in a hot pan. In this way, make the rest of the cutlets and fry them on both sides until golden brown for three to seven minutes (depending on the size of the cutlets).

Cutlets with crab sticks and potatoes

You will need:

- 100 grams of crab sticks;

- two large potatoes;

- a tablespoon of milk;

- 50 grams of cheese;

- an egg;

- one carrot;

- spices and salt (to taste);

- vegetable oil (for frying);

- breadcrumbs.

Peel the potatoes, rinse them in cold water, cut into small pieces, put them in saucepans and pour boiling water over them. Add a little salt to the potatoes, put the pan on the fire and cook the vegetables for 15-20 minutes over low heat. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the crab sticks into small strips. Peel the carrots, rinse, dry and grate (carrots in the recipe can be replaced with pumpkin or zucchini, but in this case the vegetables will need to be grated, salt, wait 10 minutes, then squeeze them out). Grind the cheese in the same way. As soon as the potatoes are cooked, mash them, add milk and egg and stir (you can add your favorite spices if desired). Cool the puree, then mix it with cheese, carrots and crab sticks. Make small flat cutlets from the minced meat, roll in breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides until a pleasant golden brownish color.

You will need:

- 200 grams of crab sticks;

- 200 grams of salmon fillet;

- 100 grams of butter;

- a teaspoon of flour;

- a pinch of thyme;

- salt and spices (to taste).

Rinse the salmon fillet, make sure there are no bones in it, then cut it into small pieces. Freeze the butter and grate it. Pass the fish, crab sticks through a meat grinder, add oil, thyme to the mixture, salt and pepper, then knead the minced meat with your hands. Until the butter in the minced meat has melted, soak your hands in cold water, form small rounded cutlets from the prepared mixture, roll them in flour and fry on both sides over high heat until golden brown. After frying, place the cutlets on napkins for 7-10 minutes so that they absorb excess oil, then serve the dish to the table.
