    • red bell pepper - 1/2 piece;
    • olive oil -30 - 40ml;
    • juice of half a lemon;
    • a tablespoon of French grain mustard.

Step 1

Choose a bouncy and fresh head salad. Its leaves are juicy and tender and have a pleasant sweetish taste. Chop the salad thinly, like cabbage. Drizzle some lemon juice and stir well with a spoon.

Hard-boil the quail eggs and pour over with cold water, so that they can be easily peeled from the shell later. Peel the eggs as soon as they cool.
