Among the wide variety of different salads on the festive table, some absolutely special and unusual one always stands out. Such a highlight of the feast, of course, will be a salad of crab sticks with pineapples.
Crab sticks have long been a favorite and familiar ingredient in various salads and snacks. But contrary to all known classic recipes, the addition of pineapples creates a completely new flavor combination. Pineapple salads are exotic, look beautiful and are well absorbed by the body.
Puff salad
To prepare such a festive puff salad you will need:
- can of canned pineapples
- crab sticks 150 gr
- eggs 3 pcs.
- potatoes 2 pcs.
- cheese 150 gr
- garlic 2-3 cloves
- mayonnaise
Boil the potatoes and eggs and cut them into cubes. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Defrost the crab sticks and chop finely. Drain the syrup from the pineapples and squeeze the garlic into them, mix. Now all the ingredients are laid out in layers in a salad bowl and each layer is coated with mayonnaise. The first layer is potatoes, then boiled eggs, then pineapples with garlic, crab sticks on them and sprinkled with cheese on top. This salad can be decorated with pineapple rings with black olives in the middle.
Crab salad with pineapple, garlic and cheese
With crabs and pineapples, you can prepare a simpler salad dish. Depending on the method of preparation, it can be a salad or a sandwich mass that can be used for making sandwiches or for stuffing eggs. The list of required ingredients is pretty simple. You will need a pack of crab sticks, a can of pineapple, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. For the salad, all the ingredients are cut into small cubes and seasoned with garlic and mayonnaise.
The method of preparing the sandwich mass is somewhat different. For her, all products are rubbed on a fine grater and mixed with mayonnaise until pasty. If you plan to stuff eggs with pasta, then boiled egg yolks are also added here.

Garnish with olives, lemon wedges or pineapple rings.
