Puff salads serve as a decoration for any table. The crab stick salad turns out to be very satisfying, easy to prepare and does not require special financial costs.
It is necessary
- - crab sticks - 200 g;
- - potatoes - 5 pcs;
- - carrots - 3-4 pcs;
- - eggs - 5 pcs;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash carrots and potatoes from dirt, put in a saucepan, fill with water and cook until tender over medium heat under a lid. If the vegetables are small, then we take them a little more. Drain the finished vegetables and leave to cool. In order to save time, it is better to do this in advance. Clean the cooled vegetables and rub them on a medium grater in different plates.
Step 2
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool, clean and separate the whites from the yolks. We rub the whites on a medium grater and leave them in a separate bowl, while we do not touch the yolks.
Step 3
Defrost the crab sticks, remove the wrapper and cut into small strips or cubes.
Step 4
Now we start to collect the salad. Put half of the grated potatoes in a deep salad bowl, level it with your hands and coat with mayonnaise. You don't need to put a lot of sauce, otherwise the salad will turn out to be too greasy, because each layer of salad is smeared. Put chopped crab sticks on the potatoes, then grated proteins, coat everything with mayonnaise, put the remaining potatoes, and grated carrots on it. Make a layer of mayonnaise again. Grind the egg yolks directly into a salad bowl - this will be the last layer of the salad. If you wish, you can decorate the dish with sprigs of herbs.
