It is necessary

  • - 7 eggs;
  • - 500 g minced meat;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 100 g of any hard cheese;
  • - 4 tablespoons sour cream;
  • - salt, pepper to taste;
  • - 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - 350 ml of chicken broth (you can take boiled water).

Step 1

Break the chicken egg into a deep bowl, add a little salt and 1 tsp. sour cream. Whisk the mixture with a whisk until smooth. Heat a greased skillet and pour the egg mixture into the skillet.

Step 2

Fry the pancake on both sides. To flip the pancake, use a spatula, so you can flip the pancake safe and sound. Fry the pancakes using the whole egg mass. You should get about 7 pieces.

Step 3

Now start preparing the filling. Fry the chopped onions until translucent in a hot pan, and then add to the minced meat. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then stir well.

Put the filling on one part of the pancake and wrap the pancake like stuffed cabbage rolls, only oblong. Place the wrapped pancakes on the bottom of a refractory dish.
