It is necessary

  • - 250 g flour;
  • - 150 g sour cream;
  • - 125 g butter;
  • - 13 eggs;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cold water, bread crumbs, grated parmesan;
  • - half a pod of bell pepper;
  • - parsley, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

First, prepare the dough for the tartlets themselves: mix the flour with a pinch of salt and diced cold butter. Add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of cold water, quickly knead the dough and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for half an hour to cool the dough.

Step 2

Rinse the bell pepper, remove the seeds and partitions - we only need half of the pepper, cut it into small cubes. Rinse a few sprigs of fresh parsley and chop finely.

Step 3

Spread butter on 6 small trays, roll out the dough and place in the molds. Top with 1 teaspoon of sour cream 20% fat, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, salt. Gently beat 2 chicken eggs or 3 quail eggs per serving into the tartlets. Try not to mix the yolks with the whites. Place slices of red pepper and chopped parsley on top of the egg white. Season with salt to taste, sprinkle with a little grated cheese.

Step 4

Bake the egg tartlets for breakfast in the oven at 200 degrees. 30 minutes will be enough, then cover the tartlets with foil and bake them for another 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately hot. White bread can be served separately.
