Instructions
Step 1
Take a large enough container and mix the following ingredients in it: salt, granulated sugar, as well as wheat flour and baking powder, that is, baking powder for the dough. After mixing everything thoroughly, make a small notch in the center of the mixture formed and put the butter melted at room temperature into it. Knead the dough for future buns with your hands.
Step 2
Mix milk with 3 chicken eggs. Whisk this liquid mixture thoroughly, then add it to the kneaded dough. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Roll out the dough for breakfast rolls into a layer, laying it on a flat work surface, the thickness of which is 2.5 centimeters. Carefully cut out small cakes from the resulting layer. Place them on a baking sheet lined with special baking paper, at some distance from each other.

Whisk the egg that remains lightly, then carefully grease the dough cakes with it and sprinkle each with granulated sugar on top.

Send the future buns to bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes. It is quite easy to determine the readiness of this pastry - it will be covered with a golden crust.
