An ideal breakfast should be healthy, tasty, high in calories and easy to prepare. I propose to prepare just such a breakfast, consisting of fruits, vegetables and raisins with an original dressing. The specified amount of food is enough for 2 servings.
It is necessary
- - apple - 1 pc.;
- - orange - 1 pc.;
- - raisins - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - walnut kernels - 10 pcs.;
- - honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse all fruits and vegetables with water. Peel the apple and carrots, grate with thin strips (a grater for Korean carrots is suitable).
Step 2
Cut the orange in half. Squeeze the juice out of one half. Cut the pulp of the second half of the orange into slices. Remove a thin layer of zest from the lemon (you will need about 0.5 teaspoon of zest). Squeeze juice from the pulp (2 tablespoons).
Step 3
Rinse the raisins with water and cover with boiling water. Leave it on for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the water, rinse the raisins well again with cold water.
Step 4
Grind the walnuts with a blender until they are coarse.
Step 5
Preparation of the dressing. Combine honey, orange and lemon juice, lemon zest and ground cinnamon. Stir. The filling is ready.
Step 6
Combine carrots, apple, raisins, orange, stir. Pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with walnuts. Serve immediately. Breakfast is ready.
